Our postoperative nursing care service includes professional nursing care, transportation, emotional support, medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily activities to ensure a smooth and comfortable recovery. We provide services in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. When booking, be sure to let your care coordinator know where you will be staying to ensure that we provide coverage in your area.

Our services cover Miami-Dade and Broward County. Each package includes 10 miles of travel. However, exceeding these 10 miles will incur a travel fee of $2 per mile each way. Please note that we do not travel outside of our parameters, including locations like South Beach, Miami Beach, Homestead, Brickell, Cutler Bay, Cutler Ridge, among others.

Yes, we offer lymphatic drainage massages, IV hydration therapy, and additional transportation for an additional fee. Please speak with our care coordinator to arrange these services.

Our team is composed of certified nursing assistants, home health aides, and other professionals trained in postoperative care. All our team members have extensive experience and regularly undergo training to stay updated with the latest in patient care. Our care coordinator will work closely with you to match you with the appropriate team member for your recovery journey.

Client safety is our top priority. We adhere to stringent hygiene protocols and all our staff follow the necessary precautions to prevent infections.

Our services can begin as soon as you're discharged from the hospital. We coordinate with your medical team to ensure seamless care.

We understand that plans can change. While we do not provide refunds, you are able to reschedule your booking and retain your deposit up to three times. The first reschedule is free of charge. However, subsequent reschedules come with a fee of $50 each. In order to secure your deposit, cancellations must be made as soon as surgery has been rescheduled. Please note that last-minute cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the payment. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your options.

We believe that family support is crucial during recovery and we encourage it. However, the accommodation is selected by you, whether it be a home, hotel, or Airbnb property. Therefore, it's important to check with the property to see if additional guests are allowed during your stay. We always respect client privacy and comfort levels.

In case of a medical emergency, our team is trained to provide immediate care and will do everything in their power to maintain your safety. They will coordinate with the necessary medical professionals to ensure you receive the best possible care. 

Depending on the severity of the emergency, if we are unable to assist you, we will call emergency services to transport you to the nearest emergency room. Please note that if you are taken to an emergency room, our services conclude when your care is transferred over to them.

It's important to note that NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF ANY CLIENT GOES OR IS ADMITTED INTO THE HOSPITAL - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are transported to the hospital by our company, the transport fee will be deducted from the overall price or will be subtracted from the service.
