Our booking policy is designed to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience for every client. With clear guidelines on deposits, payment methods, cancellation terms, and more, we strive to maintain transparency in our operations.

Prestige Post-Op Care Miami: Detailed Policy Document

Welcome to Prestige Post-Op Care Miami. We are dedicated to providing superior post-operative care and ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of our policies. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before engaging our services.


Deposit and Payment Policies


  • Jotform Completion: All clients must fill out the Jotform before any deposit is made. This is crucial for gathering essential information.
  • Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to the original client. They remain valid for one year. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the service date.
  • Payment Timeline: Failing to pay the balance on time will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiting of the deposit.
  • Payment Methods Accepted: Invoices, CashApp (with prior approval), cash (rare occasions), MoneyGram, and Western Union for international clients.
  • Payment Methods Not Accepted: PayPal, Venmo, Square, Care Credit, and Amex through invoice.
  • Client Responsibility: Payments must be made by the servicing client, and the payer’s ID must match for verification.


Health and Safety Requirements


  • HIV Test Requirement: A negative HIV test result, no older than three months, is required. Results should be shown upon arrival, emailed, or texted to us.
  • COVID Test Requirement: Clients must present a recent negative COVID test result.
  • Symptom Policy: Clients showing any cold-like symptoms will not be accepted for health and safety reasons.


Cancellation and Refund Policies


Mobile Service Cancellations:

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before the service date will result in a 50% refund of the balance paid.
  • No refunds for cancellations made 7 days or less before the service date.
  • Medical cancellations require valid proof directly from a doctor’s office.
  • Non-Refundable Transactions: All deposits and sales are final. Sending funds indicates acceptance of these policies.


Travel and Lodging Guidelines


  • Travel Fees: 10 miles are included with each package. Beyond this, a travel fee of $2 per mile each way applies.
  • Service Area: We service Miami/Dade and Fort Lauderdale/Broward. We do not service Miami Beach, South Beach, Cutler Bay, Cutler Ridge, or Homestead.
  • Lodging Recommendations: Surgery-friendly accommodations are recommended. Clients must ensure adequate space if a caregiver is staying overnight. (Recommendations for Lodging Here)


Additional Client Responsibilities


  • Client Fees: All fees related to services, such as parking, must be paid by the client before services begin.
  • Overnight Care: For overnight care, a place for the caregiver to rest must be provided. If not, the caregiver will leave by 12 AM with no refund for lost time.
  • Surgery Sisters: Up to two surgery sisters are allowed at one time, each receiving a 10%-20% care package.
  • Lymphatic Massage Sessions: Sessions last 30-45 minutes.


Legal Agreements and Conduct


  • Contractual Agreements: All agreements are professionally executed between Prestige Post-Op Care Miami and the client. Clients must fully understand these agreements before signing or making payments.
  • Legal Implications: We will pursue legal action against individuals attempting chargebacks or defamation. We are ready to engage in legal proceedings if necessary.
